Who is Bjoern?
I’m the husband of a beautiful, caring and understanding woman and father of a never tiring daughter. In my life I had the pleasure to work with people around the world and living in different countries as a professional engineer with an Executive MBA. Also I was working in the Asian distribution management for over a decade with Japan, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.
My mission is to bring joy and happiness to the lives of people.
A well crafted product or service can make the life of people easier, save time, transform their life or be a balm to the soul. I worked more than 30 years of my life with waves. When looking at acoustic waves like music there is music that makes you feel good and sometimes uncomfortable. As I’m not a composer like my friend Douglas but in general you can relate it back to harmonic/resonating music and disharmony/cacophony music. In the same way you want your partners/employees to work with you and with your customers/clients in one way or the other.
What I do is not about me, it is all about you. It’s about helping people to have more joy, more happiness and more purpose. I love helping people and companies to bring products and services out to more people because you want to do good in the world. Right!?
Your product and services solve the people’s deepest pain, the darkest and terrifying problems. Where I assist is the transformation to do it and bring you back on track.
Working with companies and individuals who understand the value and power of this transformation are my aim. These are the business owners who aren’t complainers, who do not blame, who take an active lead, who take responsibility, who have the customers/clients best interest at the focus of all they do. These are the ones who measure the value they give to change for better in lives they changed and that is why they thrive.
